# How are my Leased %, Occupied %, and Exposed % calculated?

**Leased %, Occupied %, and Exposed % KPI values are based on unit statuses. Each calculation is outlined below.**

**Leased %**

\[The total number of Occupied units (including those On Notice) + the number of Vacant Rented units\] / the total number of units

**Occupied %**

The total number of Occupied units (including those On Notice) / the total number of units

**Exposed %**

\[The total number of Vacant Unrented units (including ready and not ready) + the number of Occupied Notice Unrented units\] / the total number of units
